Working in community development is perhaps one of the most in-demand, and diverse volunteering opportunities available on a globe scale today. What will be more rewarding than exchanging cultures and empowering special groups such as women,  by helping them achieve the awareness, necessary to have greater control over their environment?  Community development breaks down into many different categories, but it is generally defined as social group of people working together towards a common goal to build a sustainable community.
